1:13 a.m. — Anthony Joseph Thomas, 30, Lebanon, operating while intoxicated and public intoxication, Lebanon Police Department.
12:42 a.m. — Slawomir Zawadzki, 42, Summit, Ill., operating while intoxicated and public intoxication, LPD.
Friday, Aug. 14
11:41 p.m. — Christine Elizabeth Clayton, 42, Zionsville, theft, no agency listed.
9:57 p.m. — Michael Dewayne French, 48, Lebanon, driving while suspended, LPD.
