Accidents happen. People get sick. New life is born — and through all of life’s happenings, people depend on their community hospital.
Witham Health Services celebrates National Hospital Week in Boone County by honoring the teamwork and dedication of its employees.
National Hospital Week 2019 celebrates hope and healing, and the women and men who support the health and well-being of their communities through dedication and care from the heart.
“The workforce at Witham Health Services provides more than clinical healing; we provide personal care for the patient and their family and we recognize the important role each staff member plays in delivering quality care,” said Ray Ingham, PhD, CEO and president of Witham Health Services.
Hospital Week, the nation’s largest healthcare observance, May 12-18, unites healthcare facilities across the country in saluting their employees and reaffirming their commitment to the patients and communities they serve. It also provides an opportunity to thank all of the dedicated individuals — physicians, nurses, therapists, engineers, food service workers, volunteers, administrators and so many more — for their contributions.
